We made walking everywhere normal but like sometimes it just makes more sense to run (downhill is sometimes). Start by going in your walk but noticing the downhills and just running till the downhill ends. Then add in the flats, and finally the uphills. Itβs like a calm version of a fartlek (great term to google!)
I can't tell you how much this has changed how I see running. I go now not thinking of it as exercise but to socialise.
Try running in places you don't know so you get to see new bits of where you live.
I think most people think running is harder than it is and most people can run a far way without trying before. Have confidence in yourself and enjoy all the other aspects of it along the way - like meeting people and eating aha
Digital archives, national archives, old movie tickets and photos, notes app archives, old instagram posts or even a big old warehouse. The idea that anything can be worthy of being remembered is beautiful.
