My acupuncturist recommended these Chinese herbal muscle patches to me in like 2018 and I’ve been working my way through them ever since — same tin. It comes in a huge roll and you cut off the size you need. Great for my neck or random pains from sitting at a deck all the time. Feels a little like icy hot and it worksss. Usually I leave them on while I sleep or for a few hours at a time.
****They smell very strong so might not be great if that’s something that bothers you

On taterhole’s suggestion! For pain relief and general goodness. I’ve just used some on my painful neck and it is soothing. Like a milder tiger balm that doesn’t stain your clothes! The bottle is so cute, I’m gonna carry it everywhere and always smell of menthol and lavender.

Even if you have other creative pursuits that require your brain to work, it’s fun to have one that requires very little thought or attention. I started crocheting a couple years ago and it’s perfect while sitting in front of the TV or listening to a podcast or just zoning out. Makes me feel productive even as my brain melts out my ears, and makes me feel creative even when I’m not doing any cooler, more challenging projects that require more of my energy.
