if you don’t have the time for an actual break sometimes just taking an hour or less to go on a walk can really help settle your mind. It won’t immediately break you out of a funk but having that time to yourself outside will def help
if you mental health is bad or you’re under stress from work or school going on a 10-20 min walk really helps. put on some music or don’t and just walk you don’t even need a destination just walk and it helps

Any curry or dish is super comforting and there’s enough spice there to taste something and help clear up your sinuses.
