if you mental health is bad or you’re under stress from work or school going on a 10-20 min walk really helps. put on some music or don’t and just walk you don’t even need a destination just walk and it helps I’ve been doing this during my exam Season And it’s rlly helped with the stress

if you don’t have the time for an actual break sometimes just taking an hour or less to go on a walk can really help settle your mind. It won’t immediately break you out of a funk but having that time to yourself outside will def help

its definetly on the visually artistic side but it has very unsetteling and weird undertones. personally i would recomend you watch the 1977 version that was directed by Dario Argento first but if its not available the 2018 version is also very good :)
