hear me out. at least for me, I’ve been obsessed with fruit since I was little. for the past 4 years I’ve been making a smoothie every morning while I listen to a podcast or audiobook. I like to experiment with different combos of ingredients. I add supplements. I enjoy a delicious smoothie every day and it’s become the highlight of my morning routine.
pro tip: every smoothie needs a banana
1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen sweet dark cherries
1/2 cup soy milk
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp peanut butter or 1 serving protein powder or 2 tbsp peanut butter powder (depending on my mood/exercise level)
top w granola or dark chocolate catalina crunch cereal and eat with a spoon 🥄
Bring back smoothies and smoothie bowls!!! I’ve been making it after work every day. My go to is: Greek yogurt, splash of lime juice, coconut water, and frozen berries
if you grew up being a people pleaser like me, it can be so damn hard to set boundaries. but it was so great when I finally realized I simply didn’t have to say yes to everything/everyone.
