So soothing/moisturizing and always helped draw out some heat. Grind em up and let them steep in a hot bath - climb in once the temp is lukewarm.

stretching and warm water is good, increase the circulation, in keeping with that warm water bottles and just hot packs you can use feel good too

Hot showers gave me itchy skin so I unfortunately could no longer indulge. My solution was taking colder showers in mornings, which would have to be quick since my absolute maximum tolerance for cold water is ~5 minutes. On occasion, I'd take a warm bath, since those didn't bother my skin as much.

even if its delusional, I really do love the idea of trusting that all of the perceived hardships, anxieties, and lessons ultimately lead to a path that's catered to our individual needs for growth and learning. maybe I am detaching from reality in an effort to cope, but I truly am starting to believe that miracles (big and small) happen daily and that we will all be ok in the end. attention and intention are everything.
