I always have a pack of frozen veggie pork dumplings in my freezer, just in case I don't have time to make dinner. LP's sauce recipe is easy to make and memorize:
• 3tbsp Soy Sauce
• 1tbsp Rice Vinegar
• 2tbsp Water
Literally that's it. I also like to add in a dash of garlic powder for more flavor variety.

i recently discovered how Convenient it is by marinating similar ingredients together!
Heres what you need:
Mason jar
Hard boiled egg
Chopped onions
Jalapeños
Garlic slices
Soy sauce
Rice vinegar (or black vinegar)
Salt
Sugar
Water (or dashi if you are better than everyone else )
Soy sauce and water (or dashi, you show off) would be 1:1
And all you need to do is toss all of them I. The jar and let it sit in the fridge over night! you’ll scoop out the onions while getting the egg so you have two amazing side snacks for your regular meal every time !

• freeze block of tofu
• thaw block of tofu
• chop tofu and marinate in dry rub for chicken (with olive oil for lubrication) for about 4 hours
• bake tofu @ 350 for 40 minutes, flipping halfway
• start making peanut sauce from linked page
• boil water and make rice noodles
• add some kimchi, tofu, noodles to bowl
• drown with peanut sauce

My friends Caleb and Laura run Clue, an independent perfumery based in Chicago. They're childhood friends who started their company almost a year ago. The fragrances they offer are all distinct, unisex, and most importantly, smell good when you wear them. Notable influences include memories of foraging for mushrooms in their backyards, attending church with their families, and Fred Wolf's 1971 animation, The Point. I love how intentional each release is, with Laura dedicating several months to creating each scent while Caleb directs the look and feel, all before hand bottling it themselves. Their branding feels established and accessible, appealing to both high end fragrance fans and to those trying a fragrance for the first time.
