If you are in an area where you can get one, run there right now. I get the vegetarian with every topping except for tomatoes. And zapps voodoo chips. Iāve never had a really bussin vegetarian sandwich like this. I eat meat and I still get it every time Iām home

I would make this nearly everyday when I was living + working on a farm in WA last summer (spoiled bc I had access to some of the best produce Iāve ever eaten) but:
Veggie sandwichĀ
tzatziki on one side hummus on the other (or sometimes bitchin sauceā¦ dealers choice) topped with avocado, lettuce, onions, heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese (again dealerās choice I just had halloumi to use up that day), a little olive oil, and a very crucial element of any good sandwich: salt/pepper/season in LAYERS
Second option: BLTā¦ you canāt go wrong with a BLT mmmm hot tip for BLT: only lightly toast the top/outer layer of the bread so it wonāt scrap the roof of your mouth but full crisp the interior ofc

In Davis Square, Somerville. 2 months away from Boston and this is what I crave most. I get the smoky turkey or grilled chicken #2 (or #1???? itās the one with fresh mozz.) Ciabatta roll always. Never toasted, toasting is for sandwiches with cheddar. Just trust me. U know itās good cuz they put salt+pep+evoo drizzle in between the tomatoes and onions.

My friend just texted me that she didnāt get the virgin suicides after she watched.
