A collaborative project, 2012 was made by a team of painters hand painting hundreds of animation cels at the California Institute of the Arts in Valencia, California. 2012 premiered in a screening curated by Fran Krause around the theme of "apocalypses" at Ottawa International Animation Festival in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in 2017.”
