basic but i love it. my current flavour rotation currently is 1. frozen berries melted down to a jam and topped with greek yogurt. and 2. using chocolate milk in place of regular milk and topping with fresh blueberries. don‘t knock the frozen berries till you try them!

literally cannot go wrong with a good ass yogurt bowl with a shit ton of berries, some cereal, sprinkle of granola (if I’m feeling extra fancy) and big spoonful of peanut butter. hits harddd🔥🔥

1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen sweet dark cherries
1/2 cup soy milk
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp peanut butter or 1 serving protein powder or 2 tbsp peanut butter powder (depending on my mood/exercise level)
top w granola or dark chocolate catalina crunch cereal and eat with a spoon 🥄
