basic but i love it. my current flavour rotation currently is 1. frozen berries melted down to a jam and topped with greek yogurt. and 2. using chocolate milk in place of regular milk and topping with fresh blueberries. don‘t knock the frozen berries till you try them!

been eating a yogurt bowl almost every day and my pal Eli said he throws a handful of frozen raspberries in his i tried it out with some blueberries and it's a nice lil texture difference i recommend

1 banana 1 cup frozen blueberries 1/4 cup frozen sweet dark cherries 1/2 cup soy milk 1 cup spinach 1 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp peanut butter or 1 serving protein powder or 2 tbsp peanut butter powder (depending on my mood/exercise level) top w granola or dark chocolate catalina crunch cereal and eat with a spoon 🥄
