So not long time ago i wrote about the fact that i wanna quit smoking, it's been kind of hard however i managed to reduce how many cigs i smoke per day with some simple steps (reducing is better than nothing, a 1% progress is better than 0%) : 1 - No morning Cigarette. 2 - No indoors smoking - only in the balcony even if it's So cold outside. 3 - No more after shower cigarette, i rather do my skin care + put on some lotion in order to smell good, because once i smell good i REFUSE to get dirty with the cig smell. 4 - No more smoking while walking (for example when i am going to work, or on my way to a coffeeshop) . 5 - When in the coffeeshop i used to smoke 4 cigs per hour, i reduced that to 3. 6 - Reduce my smoke breaks at work. 7 - i apply hand cream to be able to keep my hands clean and avoid to get them smelly with the smoke cigs when i have the little craving, that i way i can "postpone" the smoke break for after. 8 - if the pack is finished during the day then i avoid to buy one until the next day. 9 - i avoid smoking cigs in the car (no matter how long the road). 10 - Buying one pack for two days instead of one. I hope with these small steps i will be able to reduce it to the point where i will quit smoking forever ^^

I'm at a point in my life where many of my peers will say that they intend to quit someday, but just not yet. Besides the most obvious reasons for giving up nicotine and tobacco, here are some of the short-term benefits I've found since my hiatus. - Exercising self-control - better lung capacity - getting rid of the smell that sticks to your clothes - no nic-shits - less nausea - better appetite - far less frequent cravings In short, you don't have to give up going outdoors to chat with your smoking friends, but you can find autonomy in choosing your battles wisely—Or not, its really up to you.

started buying my own cigs at the start of last year to get through a rough patch. it was me and my marlboro golds against the world back then. was too broke to afford to buy them super regularly so i'd have to ration over weeks. and luckily (not really) my friends also started smoking around the same time so i could bum off them if need be. i've been quitting since i properly started and i haven't bought a pack in a while now. moved onto strictly social smoking but i go out often enough it makes this a tad redundant. i don't desperately fiend for it as much, i could hardly finish the last one i had but god does a drunk cig feel good af. also as someone who does biomed, your reminder and mine that smoking is really bad for you btw!!! we really need to invent smoking that isn't a health hazard.

I can’t find the Creator and i am mad about it because i wanna credit the one who made sure to put this for free. I’ve found this website RetroPrint where they show the details of how you can make a Windows 95 customised theme on your phone (with over 800 icons app to choose from 27 of them are already made for the modern apps like netflix twitter etc - some graphics for the widgets too And 3 sounds.)

The fact that i can stay in bed warm with my phone or laptop and music in the background as i watch my favourite movies/series/youtube vids with a warm tea is simple enough to make me grateful for wherever i am today. Worrying about what I should wear to work is a beautiful thing because it’s a privilege that sadly some people can’t afford :( Complaining about to cook is a beautiful thing because someone somewhere sadly can’t even afford/have access to a simple bread piece. Literally feeling the warmth of the sun while standing waiting for the bus is a beautiful thing to cherish and be grateful for.
