walking, witnessing nature, using your body, breathing good fresh air, OH MAN every adult yapping about spending time in nature is CORRECT the sore muscles, the good kind of exhaustion!! it’s such a simple thing and it does so much for you and dabble in what kids do on vacation, depending on the weather, get your clothes dirty, get your gloves soaked in snow, slide down a hill get out there, play a little, the child in you needs it

i used to feel guilty for taking long walks in the morning bc i always felt like i placed my value in my output, & walking wasn’t something i considered “productive” :/// when i finally gave myself permission to let whatever i felt called to do be productive, the flow of creative ideas, mental soundness & nervous system regulation i felt was overwhelming. in a good way. the sun, the fresh air, the forward movement of my body, the people watching… everything fed the positive energy i seemingly kept for the rest of my day. walking is productive. so is being in the sun. so is doing nothing sometimes. i need that reminder sometimes so this post is for me too :’)

I feel like instant coffee gets a bad rep but it’s actually really good if you get over yourself and stop taking your coffee so seriously all the time i get the appeal of the espresso turned latte but have you tried a full cup of hot milk on a tablespoon of instant coffee?? or even half milk half water ratio will do it‘s GOOD (some brands are better than others, choose wisely) (any milk is fine) justice for the occasional cup of instant coffee.
