Honestly, because of therapy and the work I am putting into myself I am allowing vulnerability to come in more. Lately Iāve been crying with friends and just letting myself feel my feels and itās so cathartic.

either itās been imbedded in my dna or itās the circumstances i was placed in. im somehow always crying during movies when a character is going through something devastating, eyes watering because a song is āso goodā, or even silent and trying to soak up the moment because i know iāll remember forever.

asked best friend to sit with a group of people iāve been trying to get to know and not only did he give me a queasy look he said :/ ātheyāre loudā and i said āyou havenāt even tried hanging out with themā and he looked disgusted. he then said he was gonna try and then they werenāt in their usual spot so he just went where we usually go. wanted to DIE when that happened because i love him and want to hang out with him but i also want to get to know this new group of people and i donāt think itās fair for him to not even try to talk to them. when he wanted me to sit with aileen i didnāt act like that and if he wanted me to sit with other people i wouldnāt act like that. why does he act like that :(
