i love my dvd and blu ray collection! i love being able to watch them whenever i want, i love not having to worry about having the right streaming service. its overflowing juuuuuuuust a tad but they share a shelf with my books so im doing what i can lol

Iโ€˜m a film student and I love watching movies, but I hate waiting for them to be put on streaming so I started collecting DVDโ€™s this year. My collection is small so far but I am hoping to fill my shelves eventually :)

physical copies of favourite movies
i fear that one day all these online movie streaming sites are going to either remove the movies i love or just eventually become obsolete to some other, newer form of movie-watching. so ive started collecting the movies i love on dvd. if i ever see one in a thrift store, itโ€™s in my hands neooow. plus, i love having my own copy. it feels like an homage to myself.
