This is the coolest and most surprising answer. sure to excite guests, this one probably takes two run throughs with recipe assurance and then can be cooked from memory. it’s sort of impossible to fuck up too bad because at the end you add 2+ cups of parmesan and a quantity of butter that makes higher powers take notice. it makes me feel like a chef, it makes my friends feel fed and happy, it makes fantastic leftovers, and in general brings a haze of good cheer that settles upon the house for 2-3 days minimum.
