just chill out and enjoy the process, it doesn't actually have to be high energy constantly and it's been a nice revelation to have. especially good for longer runs
Freeing. I concentrate on my body more, it’s easier to locate tension to be released and to make sure I have good posture. Nothing but me and my mind body connection out there.
I used to get subs at this sub shop with my friend years ago. A lot of fond memories w that but my fav was when I asked how to eat this mess of a sub and she said “like a shark” it was messy and amazing
