I am so happy that people nowadays are realizing the value of being authentically themselves away from following trends. I love seeing the physically manifestation of self through people's whimsical outfits, the way they decorate their rooms, their music playlists and etc. I think being you attracts great things, opportunities, and people that are meant to make your life better!

It would be hypocritical from me to say i donât follow trends, quite the opposite some of them can really be interesting and i âfollowâ them but i have no desire to fit in.
Everyday i embrace my soul, my heart and my mind because it took me years to be the Me of today and as an individual itâs totally normal to be unique in my own way.
I am unapologetically myself, no matter how much âtroubleâ it gets me with people i donât care. To be put in a box just to fit in or follow the ârulesâ was never something that i tolerated nor could handle.
I value self reliance and resent depending on someone
I am selective when it comes to socialising because i prefer being alone than having small talk
I question everything to be convinced before i accept it or do it
I am assertive, i express my needs, opinions and boundaries even if it means leading to a conflict with someone
I dont care about social pressure, i believe anyone can achieve anything at any age
I donât care about approval
I am always open to learn new stuff and never afraid to be seen as âuneducatedâ during the process
I donât wanna copy.
I am me, if i wanna read a kidâa book i will, if i wanna paint a tomato i will, if i wanna learn Russian i will, if i wanna wear a blazer with sweatpants because I think it looks good ON ME i WILL, me is ME and you is YOU.

i think now more than ever, we live in a society where it is normalized to judge others for not following the âtrendsâ or âsocially acceptableâ things, which has become a big problem for the coming generations. i think people should be their unique, authentic, selves and shouldnât be afraid of such, because who actually cares ? i mean, yeah, people will probably judge you for it and say rude things, but people will do that anyways, so why not have them say it about something YOU know you love. as long as you know that you like it, then it shouldnât matter what that one girl thinks about it, because at the end of the day, itâs just someoneâs opinion, not an actual truth. if you wanna dress all funky and different, do it !! and do so with confidence .

My favorite thing in getting to know new people is finding out the things they enjoy that seem a bit out of character. I think itâs comforting and a bit sexy when not everything that they like has to be âcoolâ for them to really enjoy it. Being self-assured and knowing your worth is hot.
After all, life is too short to try and shape yourself around a mould that doesnât truly resonate with you. Just enjoy the things that bring you joy without caring if they are basic or lame to others. you can enjoy the band that everyone hates, enjoy the movies that people think are overrated, and wear the shirt that went out of style 5 years ago.
true authenticity is a rare trait, always has been. Itâs like striking gold when you find that inner peace to just be yourself, regardless of how cringy others find it. Find the peace to like what you like without shame.

What privilege it is to wake up to the beautiful sun rays beaming from my windows to lighten up my room. What privilege is it that these same windows are bringing a beautiful breeze that tickles my body. What privilege that the same beautiful room decorated by sun shine is the same room that brings me comfort and rest. A space where my self can come out safely. What privilege it is to have a self that is actively taking me to places where I can indulge in delicious foods, listen to eargasmic music, acquire knowledge and be engulfed by the beauty of the life. It is these things that make up the root of my existence, the reason to my being. May I continue to indulge in the beautiness of the otherwise mundane.

I think the idea of hating on trendy things for the sake of wanting to be seen as different is very corny. I understand that not developing your own sense of style and copying whatever you see on tiktok or ig without adding your personal touch is an indicator of the lack of creativity, but that (imo) doesn't apply to people that genuinely like the item/style...If you for example like sambas or the leopard print baggy jeans and can get multiple uses out of them then that's great! you're not a microtrend final boss if you wear these items...
